1. One valid form of Photo ID (Passport, National ID)
2. Proof of address
3. ANSA Bank Form ‘Know Your Customer’
4. Proof of income: verified by a phone contact of an independent source (in yellow pages)
5. Job letter: verified by telephone call with employer and salary slip from the last 2 months
6. If retired: NIS Slip, Pension Statement or Bank Statement validating pension
7. Bank Account Statements covering the last 3 months
8. Declaration of Source of Funds (for deposits over TT$50,000)
